In-Depth Corporate Learning
In an era of constant change, the companies that succeed are those capable of adapting quickly. Change starts with employees—their behavior, skills, and approaches. That's why learning is essential.
  • ~20%
higher profits in companies that invest in employee training
  • 370%
ROI from employee training investment according to Deloitte
  • 46%
higher probability of being market leaders
  • 50%
higher employee retention rate with a well-structured learning system
But training through occasional workshops is just the tip of the iceberg.
We dive deeper.
Core framework
Bright Start
To shake things up and engage:
Charismatic trainers, unconventional approaches, gamification, unexpected external speakers.
Effective Trainings
Minimal theory, maximum practice, AI simulators, involving internal experts.

Knowledge Sharing
We organize support groups, regular short meetings, case studies, teach colleagues how to teach.
Integrating Skills into the Workflow
Making them second nature: checklists, chatbots, contextual reminders, quick feedback.
Method
  • We start by assessing employees to measure the initial level and better focus
  • We always customize courses for the client
  • We ensure that training aligns with the overall strategy
  • We work in English or Russian, and can mix them as needed. We conduct trainings in-person worldwide or online.
  • We involve internal experts, developing their teaching skills as well
  • We keep management informed—explain at the start, involve them in the process, and show them how to evaluate results

Design
Based on the example of the "Management Skills" course
Assessment of learners' potential
We conduct a quick assessment of candidates, adjust the program, and recommend career paths.
A short introductory course of 6-8 hours
  • Led by an experienced manager
  • Address challenges through a business game
  • A short lecture on the basics of management positions
  • Self-study using a management competency map to understand the general outline
  • A short lecture: goal setting, constructive and positive feedback
  • Practice three key skills through group work and AI simulators
  • Reinforce through a business game
Peer-to-peer learning
We include participants in a support group chat where the administrator shares micro-content and stimulates interaction.

We launch weekly one-hour meetings where:
  • We discuss live cases from participants
  • We invite experienced managers from the company (or external speakers)
  • We discuss "chunks" of theory
  • We make sure everyone understands their place on the competency map
Implementation
  • Provide checklists for practical situations (e.g., conducting one-on-one meetings with employees).
  • Ask participants to record meetings.
  • Review the recording, provide feedback.
  • Similarly, review: correspondence with employees; goals set for employees; records of general meetings.
Evaluation of Results
  • We keep the client informed of learners progress at all stages.
  • Conduct a final evaluation of results (expert evaluation, 360-degree method).
  • Help assess the impact of training on business outcomes.
